How long does shipping take?
Shipping - 7-9 Business Days
How do I place an order?
Simply visit our online store, select your desired product, choose the texture or length, and click “Add to Cart.” Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your order details.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make changes, contact our support team within 12 hours of placing your order. After processing begins, modifications or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Events Tickets orders are not eligible for modifications or cancellations.
Are your wigs pre-plucked or ready to wear?
Yes. All of our HD lace wigs and closures are pre-plucked, bleach-ready, and built for a seamless, natural melt.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package in real time.
Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, all sales are final once the product is opened or used.
We only accept returns if the product is proven to be faulty or defective. In that case, please contact our team within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo or video evidence of the issue.
What if my product arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please email our support team immediately with photos or videos. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

How do I buy tickets for your events?
Tickets for our upcoming events can be purchased directly on our website under the “Events” section.
Are event tickets refundable?
No. All event ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Please ensure you can attend before completing your purchase.
When will I receive my ticket after purchase?
An Order confirmation email is sent immediately after purchase. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it within one hour.
What types of events do you host?
We host and manage fashion, beauty, and hairstyle events across the USA. These include styling workshops, professional training sessions, and live showcases for stylists, MUAs, and beauty enthusiasts.
