Please review our refund and return policies below. By purchasing from The RR Collections, you agree to the following terms.

Hair Products, Wigs, and HD Lace Units

All sales of hair products, wigs, closures, and extensions are final.
Due to the hygienic nature of these items and our commitment to product safety and quality control, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once the product has been opened, worn, or used in any way.

If you believe your product is faulty, defective, or damaged upon delivery, you may request a review by our customer care team.

To qualify for review:

  1. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the defect or damage.

  3. Our team will evaluate your claim and confirm whether the product is eligible for a replacement or partial refund.

Please note that returns will only be accepted for verified manufacturing faults.
Products showing signs of use, alteration, washing, or custom styling are not eligible for return or exchange.

Event Tickets 

All event ticket sales are final.
Due to the nature of event scheduling and production, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If an event is rescheduled or canceled by The RR Collections, ticket holders will be notified via email with details regarding new event dates or refund eligibility.

Processing & Contact

All approved refunds (in the case of verified product faults) will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account once confirmed by our team.
